Shipping + Returns

Exchanges & Returns:

Striipe will accept exchanges and returns for merchandise purchased from that meet the following guidelines:

  • Exchange or return must be within 90 days of the purchase date.

Exchanges & Returns Process:

We encourage you to send products back to Striipe by a trackable method, as Striipe is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.  When sending your item back please include your original invoice.

Exchanges can be made for a product of the same value as the original purchase.

We will return exchanged products to you using trackable USPS shipping. Please allow 1-2 weeks from our receipt of your item to receive the product requested.

For returned items requiring a refund, we will issue a credit for the value of the returned merchandise to your credit card or PayPal account within 1 week of receiving. Please allow 10-14 business days for this credit to appear on your billing statement.  Return shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
